摘　　要："社会保障正义"与"正义"是特殊和普遍的关系,"社会保障正义"的主题从属于一般的"正义"的主题。社会保障正义的主题是社会保障制度分配基本权利和义务的方式。社会保障权可划分为"底线生活权利"和"更高生活权利"。国家、单位和个人都是社会保障的主体,都担负有社会保障的义务,但国家和社会应在底线生活权利领域承担更多的义务。The relationship between ＂Social Security Justice＂ and ＂justice＂ is generality and specialty,the theme of ＂Social Security Justice＂ comes from the subject of general justice.The theme of ＂Social Security Justice＂ is how the Social Security system distribute basic rights and obligations.The rights of Social Security can be divided into fundamental and higher rights of life.The country,the enterprise and the individual are all subjects of Social Security,they all should do something for the Social Security,but the country and social should undertake more obligations on the basic rights of life.
