桥本病合并甲状腺恶性肿瘤的诊治(附8例报告)

摘　　要：目的　总结桥本病 (HD)合并甲状腺恶性肿瘤的诊治经验。方法　分析我院 1988年至 1998年 10年间手术治疗并经病理检查证实的 8例HD合并甲状腺恶性肿瘤的临床资料。结果　男 1例 ,女 7例 ,平均年龄 37.6岁 ;桥本病合并甲状腺癌及恶性淋巴瘤分别为 7.7%及 2 .6 % ;无手术死亡率及并发症。结论　桥本病并非少见 ,合并甲状腺癌具有病灶小、以乳突状癌为主、预后好的特点 ;合并恶性淋巴瘤具有短期内迅速长大、出现疼痛或呼吸困难的特点 。Objective To sum up experiences in diagnosis and treatment for thyroid malignancy. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]Clinical records of 8 patients diagnosed as Hashimoto’s disease associated with thyroid malignancy by histologic examination at our hospital from Jan. 1998 to Dec. 1998 were analyzed. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]There were 1 male and 7 females with average age of 37.6 years. The incidence of Hashimoto’s disease associated with thyroid cancer and malignant lymphoma were 7.7% and 2.6%, respectively. No operative mortality and complication was found. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]Hashimoto’s disease is not uncommon. The combined thyroid cancer is small with papillary carcinoma predominance and the prognosis is good. If it is complicated with malignant lymphoma, the thyroid is rapidly enlarged with pain and dyspnea.
