摘 要:为探讨先心病(CHD)与弓形体(TOX)感染的关系,采用ELISA、PCR技术分别检测CHD患儿血清、心肌中TOX抗体及DNA。结果:TOX-IgG阳性率在CHD组和对照组之间差异有显著性(x^2=5.2847,P<0.05);而TOX-IgM阳性率在两组之间差异无显著性(x^2=0.0596,P>0.05);在TOX-IgG阳性者心肌组织中TOX-DNA阳性率高达35%。提示CHD与TOX感染密切有关,先天性TOX感染可能是CHD的致畸因子。To explore the relationship of toxoplasma gondii(TOX) infection with congenital heart disease (CHD), serum TOX-IgG, TOX-IgM were detected in 37 CHD cases and 30 normal children by ELISA. TOX-DNA taken from the cardiac tissue was advanced investigated by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in 20 cases who were confirmed with positive serum TOX-IgG. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the positive rate of TOX-IgG between two groups (x2 = 5. 284, P<0. 05). No significant difference in the positive rate of TOX-IgM was observed in two groups (x2 = 0. 06, P>0. 05). The positive rate of TOX-DNA from the cardiac tissue reached to 35% in the CHD cases who were with positive serum TOX-IgG. It is suggested that TOX infection be closely correlated with CHD as a teratogenic factor.
