摘　　要：近年来,暴力抗法和袭警案件呈上升趋势,而部分民警由于自我安全防范意识及应急防卫能力不强,导致完成执勤执法任务时遭袭伤亡人数逐年增加,凸现出人民警察熟练掌握、遵循、应用警务实战应急防卫法则、技能以及提高自我安全防范意识的紧迫性与必要性。In recent years, violent resisting law enforcement behaviors and assaulting police cases show ascendant trend, and some police because of poor self guard consciousness and emergency defense capability, result in casualties increasing in their completing law enforcement duties year by year, which reveals the urgency and necessity of police mastering, following, applying Police Emergency Defense Rules, skills and improving self safety awareness.
