摘  要:目的:探讨绒毛组织中活性氧物质(reactive oxygen species,ROS)和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)与稽留流产的关系。方法:选取稽留流产患者20例作为研究组,同时选取正常早孕要求流产者20例作为对照组。研究组胚胎稽留宫内时间小于4周。采用流式细胞仪和化学发光分析法检测所有患者绒毛组织中ROS和SOD的水平。结果:与正常早孕女性相比,稽留流产患者绒毛组织中ROS水平显著增高(P<0.05),SOD水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:绒毛组织中ROS和SOD的平衡失调可能是导致稽留流产发生的重要因素。Objective:To study whether reactive oxygen species(ROS) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in placental villous tis- sue were related with missed abortion. Methods: Twenty patients with missed abortion (study group) and twenty early preg- nant women undergoing abortion surgery (control group) were enrolled in this study. In patients with missed abortion the time embryos stayed in uterus after they died was less than four weeks. Fluorescent staining method and chemiluminometry were used to detect the levels of ROS and SOD in placental villous tissue. Results: The level of ROS in the study group was signifi- cantly higher than that in the control group ( P〉 0.05), while the level of SOD in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P〉0.05). Conclusions: The imbalance of ROS and SOD in placental villous tissue may be an im- portant cause of missed abortion.
