摘　　要：目的:探讨椎弓根螺钉固定结合硫酸钙椎体成形术治疗创伤性胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用后路短节段椎弓根螺钉固定结合注射型硫酸钙椎体成形术治疗23例无神经功能障碍的创伤性胸腰椎骨折病人。在术前、术后1周、取内固定时、取内固定后1年时,随访观察椎体前、中、后缘的高度,Cobb角以及伤椎角的变化。结果:22例患者得到随访;术后椎体畸形角度、椎体高度与术前比较有显著差异(P<0.05);随访期间的其丢失不明显,与术后相比,P>0.05。所有患者均无内固定断裂发生。结论:后路椎弓根螺钉固定结合硫酸钙椎体成形术治疗创伤性胸腰椎骨折是一种安全有效的方法,它能够有效地避免内固定失败和后凸畸形的发生。Objective：To explore the efficacy of pedicle screw fixation and calcium sulfate cement （CSC） vertebroplasty for traumatic thoracolumbar fractures. Methods：Twenty-three patients with traumatic thoracolumbar fractures without neurologic deficit underwent CSC vertebroplasty and pedicle screw fixation. X-rays were taken preoperatively and postoperatively to evalu- ate vertebral height, local Cobb angle and vertebral body angle. Results： Twenty-two patients have been followed up. The ky- photic angles and vertebral heights postoperatively were significantly different from preoperatively（P〈0.05）. The correction loss was not significant during the follow-up period（P〉0.05）. There was no breakage of pedicle screw. Conclusion： The sur- gery of pedicle screw fixation combined with CSC vertebroplasty is an effective way to treat traumatic thoraeolumbar fractures.
