重建钢板治疗pilon骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨重建钢板治疗pilon骨折的手术疗效。方法:对35例pilon骨折的患者行切开复位重建钢板内固定手术治疗,并对其进行随访,观察临床疗效。结果:35例患者经3～31个月随访,其疗效按Mazur评分为优25例,良6例,中4例,总优良率为89%。结论:对于pilon骨折,行切开复位重建钢板内固定治疗可以取得满意的疗效。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of reconstruction plates in pilon fractures. Methods：A total of 31 patients with pilon fractures underwent fixation with reconstruction plates. Results： The 31 patients have been postoperatively followed up for 3-31months. According fo Mazur standard,the ankle function was excellent in 25 cases,good in 6 cases and fair in 4 cases and rate of excellent and good was 89%. Conclusions： Using reconstruction plates to treat pilon fractures can achieve good results.
