摘　　要：本文采用系统的思维和方法，从中国高校产学研合作的历史和现实出发，分析和研讨了中国高校产学研合作发展中的困境和形成原因．在此基础上，提出不断完善中国产学研合作的外部环境和内部机制，从而为实现产学研合作进一步发展创造条件。The paper take the system thought and approach,cooperation-based in history and nowadays,analyze and talk about the plight and its reasons in coop- eration. From the view,the paper base on the system ways,by which perfect exterior environment and interior mechanism of cooperation among them so that the further development among them is made for creating conditions.
