阿德福韦酯联合苦参素胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎的治疗研究

摘　　要：目的:观察阿德福韦酯联合苦参素胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的疗效及对乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV DNA)的影响。方法:164例CHB患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组82例应用阿德福韦酯和苦参素胶囊,对照组82例单用阿德福韦酯,疗程均为12个月,每3个月分别检测肝功能、乙型肝炎病毒血清学标志物、HBV DNA。其中40例患者(每组20例)进行治疗前、后两次肝穿活检。结果:在治疗12个月时,治疗组和对照组的HBV DNA差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组的HBV DNA表达量明显低于对照组,大部分患者肝组织病理有改善。结论:阿德福韦酯联合苦参素胶囊能在一定程度上提高治疗CHB的疗效。Objective： To observe effects of adefovir dipivoxil combined with oxymatrine capsule on chronic hepatitis B（CHB）,and effects on hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid（HBV DNA）.Methods： 164 cases of CHB were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,82 cases in the treatment group with application of adefovir dipivoxil and oxymatrine capsule,82 cases in the control group only with adefovir dipivoxil,and the course of treatment was 12 months.Every 3 months,liver function tests,hepatitis B virus serological markers,HBV DNA were respectively analyzed.40 patients（20 in each group） were performed two liver biopsy tests before and after treatment.Results： After 12 months of treatment,the treatment group and the control group HBV DNA had significant difference（P〈0.05）,the treatment group HBV DNA expression level was significantly lower than the control group,most patients with liver histologic improvement.Conclusion： Adefovir dipivoxil combined with oxymatrine capsule can improve the effect of treating CHB to some extent.
