摘　　要：目的:探讨Orem自理理论在PICC携管出院患者中的应用效果。方法:将PICC携管出院的161例肿瘤患者分为研究组(81例)和对照组(80例),研究组运用Orem自理理论进行干预,对照组出院期间每周2次回院由护理人员进行导管维护和护理,比较两组患者的PICC常见并发症、费用和满意度。结果:两组患者PICC导管的并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组维护费用明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组护理服务满意度高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Orem自理理论在PICC携管出院患者中的应用效果好,而且可以节省医疗费用。Objective： To investigate the application of Orem’s self care theory in nursing care of discharged patients carrying peripherally inserted central catheters（PICC）.Methods： 161 discharged cancer patients carrying PICC were randomly divided into study group and control group.Patients in test group received nursing intervention,using Orem’s self-care theory as a framework.Patients in control group came back hospital for catheter care by medical and nursing staff 2 d per week.The complications,maintenance cost of PICC and nursing service satisfaction were analyzed.Results： There was no significant difference in the complications observed between study and control group（P〉0.05）.The maintenance cost of PICC was significantly lower in study group than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： For nursing intervention of discharged patients carrying PICC,Orem’s self care therapy have good nursing care effects and low cost.
