摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腰椎骨折类型、不同术式对椎弓根螺钉断裂的影响。方法:分析椎弓根螺钉内固定时发生断裂的临床资料。结果:256例患者胸腰椎骨折内固定术后断钉12例,断钉率为4.69%。骨折类型、植骨的方法和横杆使用与断钉有关。结论:骨折类型、手术方式以及横连杆使用影响椎弓根螺钉断裂概率。Objective： To explore effects of fracture types of thoracolumbar fractures and operation types on pedicle screw fracture.Methods： Analyzing clinical data of pedicle screw internal fixation fracture.Results： Screw breakage occurred in 12 of 256 cases（4.69%） after internal fixation.The screw breakage rate was associated with fracture type,method of bone graft and the application of cross bar.Conclusion： The type of fracture,operation mode and the transverse connecting rod used influence the probability of pedicle screw fracture.
