摘　　要：目的 观察Ｒｉｃｈａｒｄ钉在股骨粗降璋骨折治疗中的应用及疗效。方法 对我院自１９９５年１月￣１９９９年１２月用Ｒｉｃｈａｒｄ钉治疗的１２１例股骨粗隆间骨折的类型、手术方法、术后处理及疗效进行总结和随访。结果 ７６例得到随访，骨折均愈合，１例螺钉断裂。术后起床活动时间４￣６周。患髋功能优良率达９４．７％。结论 Ｒｉｃｈａｒｄ钉在治疗股骨粗隆间骨折中固定牢靠，并发症少，能早期起床活动暗算Objective:To observe the curative effects of the application of the Richards screwplate system in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:Summerize 121 cases of intertrochanteric fractures treated by the Richards screw plate system from Jan,1995 to Dec,1999 in our hospital.All cases were commented by fracture type,operation method,treatment after operation and curative effect.Results:76 cases got followed up.All fractures healed.1 cases screw or plate broken.Partially bearing weight 4～6 weeks after operation.The excellent rate of joint function was 94 7%.Conclusion:The Richards screw plate system is one of the best internal fixation materials for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture due to its advantages of strong fixation and little complication and early exercise can be obtained.
