摘　　要：该文对伸缩式套筒油缸底座、换向阀、溢流阀、阀块、汽车液压翻转油泵的铝合金贮油罐,工程机械的变量柱塞泵的铸件进行了研究。通过多年的考察和实践得出结论:我国对液压件铸件进行攻关时,应把铸件处理设备DL-1000不锈钢真空浸渗设备作为后处理的必备设备,我国液压件铸件的质量才能真正过关。It were studied for base of the retractable sleeve cylinder, reversing valve, overflow valve, valve block, aluminum oil tank of the vehicle hydraulic flip pump, casting of variable displacement piston pump in the engineering machinery. Through the many years＇s investigation ＆ practice, it was obtained that the DL-IO00 stainless steel vacuum infiltration device was one of the necessary equipment for hydraulic castings after treatment when it was researched in our country, so the hydraulic casting＇s quality can be improved.
