大鼠子宫内膜增生动物模型的建立

摘　　要：目的建立大鼠子宫内膜增生的动物模型。方法给大鼠隔日肉内注射雌二醇1 mg/kg,于第45 d、50 d、60 d、70 d分别进行子宫组织病理学检查,直至内膜变厚,呈复层上皮时停药,于停药后第0、3 d、5 d、7 d、14 d、21 d分批观察子宫组织病理学变化情况。结果注射雌二醇第60 d模型成功,子宫内膜变厚,呈复层鳞状上皮,有的或与柱状上皮交替出现,但腺体明显减少,停药后21 d内这种病理改变仍持续。结论隔日肉内注射雌二醇1 mg/kg,连续60 d即可造成大鼠子宫内膜增生动物模型,主要的病理学变化为子宫内膜变厚,呈复层鳞状上皮或与柱状上皮交替。Objective To establish the rats model of Endometrial Hyperplasia. Methods Rats were injected estradiol 1 mg/kg on alternate days, and the histopathological examination were taken in 45 d, 50 d, 60 d and 70 d respectively. Until the endometrium thickening and epithelium presented, the injection was stopped, then the histopathological change of ute- rus were observed at O, 3, 5, 7, 14 and 21day respectively. Results The model was established successfuly after 60 days which the estradiol were injected. We also observed that the endometrium was becomed thickening and formed stratified squamous epithelium or with columnared epithelium appeared alternately, but the glands are significantly reduced. After the treatment discontinued , the pathologocal changes still appeared. Conclusion The method that injected estradiol 1 mg/kg on alternate days, last 60days, can establish the rats model of endometrial hyperplasia. The main pathological changes are endometrial thicken and presented that stratified squamous epithelium or with columnared epithelium appeared alternately.
