超微肝胃百合汤对胃溃疡患者TNF-α及IL-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察超微肝胃百合汤对胃溃疡活动期肝胃气滞证患者的临床疗效及TNF-α和IL-1的影响。方法:将98例患者随机分成超微肝胃百合汤组(超微组)33例、传统肝胃百合汤剂组(传统组)31例、西药胃三联组(西药组)34例,分别采用超微肝胃百合汤、传统肝胃百合汤、奥美拉唑+甲硝唑+阿莫西林或克拉霉素治疗,主要观察患者疾病疗效、胃镜疗效和血清中TNF-α、IL-1含量的变化。结果:三组疾病疗效和胃镜疗效比较无差异(P>0.05);三组患者治疗前后TNF-α、IL-含量均升高(P<0.05),但组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:超微肝胃百合汤对活动期肝胃气滞型胃溃疡有显著的治疗作用,且治疗机理可能与通过干预TNF-α和IL-1的生成,从而达到抗炎症反应的作用有关。Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of ultramicro hepatogastric lily decoction in patients with active gastric ulcer who had qi-stagnation syndrome of liver and stomach and its effect on serum tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and interlukin-1（IL-1） levels Methods： A total of 98 gastric ulcer patients were randomly divided into ultramicro hepatogastric lily decoction（UHLD） group（n=33）,which was treated with ultramicro hepatogastric lily decoction,traditional hepatogastric lily decoction（THLD） group（n=31）,which was treated with traditional hepatogastric lily decoction,and triple Western medicine（TWM） group（n =34）,which received triple therapy with omeprazole,metronidazole,and amoxicillin or clarithromycin.The therapeutic efficacy was observed and evaluated by gastroscopy.The serum TNF-α and IL-1 levels were measured.Results： There were no significant differences in therapeutic efficacy among the three groups（P〉0.05）,according to observation and gastroscopy.Each group showed significant changes in serum TNF-α and IL-1 levels after treatment（P〈0.05）,but no significant differences were found among the three groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Ultramicro hepatogastric lily decoction has marked therapeutic efficacy in patients with active gastric ulcer who have qi-stagnation syndrome of liver and stomach.The therapeutic effect be achieved by hindering TNF-α and IL-1 production and inhibiting inflammation.
