熄风化痰通络方药对急性缺血性中风风痰阻络型患者TNF-α、IL-8、SOD影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察熄风化痰通络方药对急性缺血性中风风痰阻络型患者TNF-α、IL-8、SOD水平的影响。方法:选取符合诊断标准病例100例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,两组患者均予西医常规治疗,对照组另加胞二磷胆碱治疗,治疗组另加熄风化痰通络方药治疗,21天为观察周期;评定治疗前后中医证候积分。检测用药前后TNF-α、IL-8、SOD的变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.0%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清TNF-α、IL-8均较治疗前有显著性降低(P<0.01),治疗后两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清SOD均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),治疗后两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:熄风化痰通络方药能明显改善缺血性中风风痰阻络型患者的临床症状和体征,能降低TNF-α、IL-8在血清中的含量,提高血清中SOD的水平。Objective：To observe the effect of wind-stopping,phlegm-eliminating,and collateral-dredging prescription on tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）,interlukin-8（IL-8）,and superoxide dismutase（SOD） levels in acute ischemic stroke patients with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals Methods： A total of 100 acute ischemic stroke patients with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals were randomly divided into treatment group（n=50） and control group（n=50）.The control group received conventional Western medicine therapy as well as citicoline administration,while the treatment group received conventional Western medicine therapy as well as wind-stopping,phlegm-eliminating,and collateral-dredging prescription treatment.The therapeutic efficacy was observed after 21 d of treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were assessed before and after treatment.Serum TNF-α,IL-8,and SOD levels were measured before and after treatment.Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（94.0% vs.80.0%,P〈0.05）.Both groups showed significantly decreased serum TNF-α and IL-8 levels after treatment（P〈0.01）,with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Both groups showed significantly increased serum SOD levels after treatment（P〈0.01）,with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Wind-stopping,phlegm-eliminating,and collateral-dredging prescription can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs,decrease serum TNF-α and IL-8 levels,and increase serum SOD level in ischemic stroke patients with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals.
