内消片对试验大鼠前列腺增生的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨内消片对大鼠前列腺增生模型的影响。方法:大鼠去睾丸1周后,皮下注射丙酸睾酮(5mg/kg)建立大鼠前列腺增生模型,同时连续灌胃内消片大、中、小剂量组(3.0g/kg,1.5g/kg,0.75g/kg)4周,末次给药1 h后处死动物,取前列腺称重量,计算前列腺指数(PI)并在光镜下进行病理学观察。结果:给药4周后非那雄胺组、内消片高剂量组与模型组PI比较,P<0.01;非那雄胺组与内消片高剂量组PI比较,P>0.05。结论:内消片对大鼠前列腺增生的进展有抑制作用,其作用与非那雄胺相当。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Neixiao tablets on the rat model of prostate gland hyperplasia. Methods： Rats were subcutaneously injected with testosterone propionate （5mg/kg） 1 week after testis removal to establish a rat model of prostate gland hyperplasia. Some of the rats were divided into high - dose, medium - dose, and low - dose Neixiao tablet groups and finasteride group to receive intragastric administration of Neixiao tablets （3.0g/kg, 1.5g/kg, or 0.75 g/kg） and finasteride for 4 weeks. The other rats were assigned to model group. The rats were killed 1 h after the last administration, and the prostate gland was weighed to calculate prostate index （PI） and was observed under light microscope. Results ： The finasteride group and high - dose Neixiao tablet group showed significantly higher PI than the model group after 4 weeks of treatment （P 〈0. 01 ）. There was no signifi-cant difference in PI between the finasteride group and high - dose Neixiao tablet groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion ： Neixiao tablets can inhibit progression of prostate gland hyperplasia, exhibiting a comparable effect as finasteride.
