孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果

摘　　要：目的观察白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法选择咳嗽变异性哮喘病儿32例,应用孟鲁司特钠治疗8周。观察期内由病儿家长记录病儿日、夜间咳嗽症状,并于治疗前及治疗后1、4、8周随访,进行咳嗽情况评分,并计算评分均值,进行统计学分析。结果治疗后病儿日、夜间咳嗽情况评分与治疗前比较均明显改善,差异有显著性(q=16.141～37.890,P<0.01)。结论应用孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of montelukast sodium,one of leukotriene receptor antagonists,in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma（CVA）.Methods Montelukast sodium was used to treat 32 children with CVA for eight weeks.During the period of observation,the parents of the children were asked to record the cough symptoms day and night time.The children were followed before and one,four and eight weeks after treatment,and a cough score was conducted and calculated,statistic analysis was then undertaken.Results The average score of cough after treatment was obviouly improved as compared with before treatment,the difference being significant（q=16.141-37.890,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The effect of montelukast sodium therapy in children with CVA is notable.
