高效液相色谱法测定复方连翘口服液中连翘酯甙的含量

摘　　要：目的 :对复方连翘口服液中有效成分连翘酯甙含量进行测定。方法 :HPLC ,以甲醇 - 0 .0 1mol/L磷酸二氢钾 (35∶6 5 )为流动相 ,采用Zorbax ODS柱对制剂中连翘酯甙的含量进行了测定。结果 :该方法的线性范围为 3～ 15 μg ,平均回收率为 97.8%。结论 :可作为产品的定量分析方法。Objective: To determine forsythoside content in compound Lianqiao Oral Liquid by HPLC. Methods: A RP HPLC method was developed for the determination of forsythoside in compound Lianqiao Oral Liquid on zorbax ODS colunm, with methanol -0.01mol/L KH 2PO 4 (35∶65) as a mobile phase. Results: The linear range was 3～15μg ( r =0.9997). The average recovery was 97.8%. Conclusion: The method is simple and can be used for the quantitative analysis.
