冰硼散、足光粉金黄色葡萄球菌检验方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :考察中药抑菌成分对金黄色葡萄球菌检验方法的影响。方法 :用硫乙醇酸盐液体培养基加入 1%亚碲酸钠溶液与 1%亚碲酸钠营养肉汤培养基进行增菌培养检验。结果 :1%亚碲酸钠硫乙醇酸盐液体培养基可消除冰硼散和足光粉中抑菌成分对金黄色葡萄球菌检验的影响。结论 :简化了实验操作步骤并提高了检出率。Objective:To study the influence of antibacterial compositions in Chinese Materia Medica on the inspection method for Staphylococcus Aureus. Methods: The enriched medium inspection was performed on thioglycollate soltion medium with 1% sodium tellurite solution and 1% sodium tellurite nutritional broth medium. Results: sodium tellurite thioglycollate solution medium could eliminate the influence of antibacterial compositions in Bingpeng Powder and Zuguang Powder on the inspection of Staphylococcus Aureus. Conclusion: In this experiment, the operation steps are simplified and the detection rate is raised.
