治糜灵栓治疗子宫颈糜烂疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨治糜灵栓治疗子宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法 :10 6例子宫颈糜烂患者 ,于月经干净后 ,开始用药 ,将 1枚治糜灵栓置入阴道后穹窿 ,隔日一次 ,10次为一疗程。结果 :第 1疗程有效率为 80 .19% ,两个部程总的有效率为93.39% ,轻度子宫颈糜烂疗效高于中度和重度 (P <0 .0 1) ,差异有显著性。单纯型子宫颈糜烂疗效高于颗粒型及乳头型 (P <0 .0 1) ,差异有显著性。结论 :治糜灵栓治疗子宫颈糜烂疗效可靠 ,副作用小 ,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of zhimiling suppository for cervical erosion.Methods: 106 patients suffering from cervical erosion were treated with 1 piece zhimiling suppository in vaginal fornix after menstruation, once every other day, 10 sessions contituting a single therapentic course. Results: The effective rate during the first therapentic course was 80.1%. The total effective rate during two therapentic course was 93.39%. The curative effect for the light cervical erosion was better than that for the moderate and severe cervical erosion ( P <0.01). There was significant different. The curative effect for the simple cervical erosion was better than that for the granular type and mamillary type of cervical erosion ( P <0.01). There was also significant difference. Conclusions: Zhimiling Suppository showed reliable curative effect for cervical erosion with smaller side effect and is highly recommended in clinical application.
