摘 要:目的 :探讨葛根素、川芎嗪、丹参注射治疗脑血管疾病的机理。方法 :采用穿线法阻断大脑中动脉 (MCAO)复制大鼠脑缺血模型 ,应用激光微循环动态分析仪 ,观察上述药物对脑微循环灌流量的影响。结果 :大鼠MCAO后微循环灌流量下降至结扎前的 17%左右 ,各用药组用药后微循环血流量均较MCAO组明显升高 ,其中丹参作用最为显著。结论 :葛根素、川芎嗪、丹参可明显改善MCAO后脑微循环血流量 ,是其治疗脑血管疾病的重要机理之一。Objective:To study the mechanism of puerarin, tetramethyl pryzaine and Danshen Injection in treating cerebral ischemic diseases.Methods:The rat cerebral ischemic model was established with nylon thread to obstruct the middle cerebral artery in rats. The observation on the effect of drugs aboved on the cerebral microcirculatory blood flow was performed with laser microcirculatory dynamic analyzer. Results: The cerebral microcirculatory blood flow decreased to 17% after MCAO. Intravenous injection of those drugs could increase the cevebral microcirculatory blood flow, and the influence of Danshen Injection is most obvious. Conclusion: Puerarin, tetramethyl pryzaine and Danshen Injection can increase cerebral blood flow in rats with MCAO, which is one of important mechanisms for their effectiveness in cerebral ischemic disease.
