摘　　要：在HL7和IHE-XDS技术框架和协议基础上建立集成平台,解决了医院异构信息系统的集成问题,保证信息的连续性、一致性和完整性,消除数据冗余,避免任务重复,实现了流程协同和优化。通过集成平台方式可较好地解决了医院普遍存在的"信息孤岛"问题,规范医院的业务流程,提高医院各项工作的效率和质量。An integration platform has been constructed based on HL7 and IHE-XDS technology framework and protocol. It can solve the integration issues in heterogeneous hospital information systems, ensure the continuity, consistency and integrity of information, eliminate the redundancy of data, avoid the duplication of tasks, and achieve the synergy and optimization of the process. Therefore, the integration platform can overcome the common problem ＂information silos＂, regulate the business processes and improve the efficiency and quality of all work in the hospital.
