摘　　要：STCW公约是对航海模拟器的发展影响最深的公约之一。通过对STCW公约马尼拉修正案中与航海模拟器有关修改内容的介绍和分类,提出了航海模拟器的发展战略在STCW公约马尼拉修正案履约要求下应遵循的原则提出研发符合STCW公约要求的ECDIS操作模拟器、完善现有全任务航海模拟器的功能,以满足BRM等培训的需要。建议尽早开发特殊培训需要的模拟器,尽早开展在远程教学和电子教育中应用模拟器的相关研究。STCW convention strongly affects the development of the marine simulator. The contents of Manila A- mendments to STCW convention related with the marine simulator are introduced in details and summarized. As for developing marine simulators, in order to respond to the amendments, the direct revisions and indirect revisions of the convention should be studied as soon as possible and the potential influences of the revisions should be anticipa- ted. Some suggestions are made that the ECDI8 simulators which complies with STCW should be developed; the functions of existing ship handling simulators should be improved to meet the requirements of BRM training; simula- tors for special operation trainings such as LNG ship, DP, life boat, should be developed and related research on re mote training and e learning should be carried out as soon as possible.
