摘　　要：为使船舶驾驶人员实时掌握周围环境,判明航行态势,获得更为充分的决策依据,增加长江与近海航行安全保障,提出了构建双背景导航信息系统。利用船舶现有电子海图显示与信息系统(ECDIS)的软硬件条件,将高分辨率卫星遥感影像嵌入到ECDIS中作为工作底图,对处理后的图像建立重要地物解译标注,并叠加显示AIS、GPS等设备实时信息。驾驶人员可根据需要在双背景底图间进行自由切换。该系统具有直观、真实、简便快捷等鲜明特点,弥补了现有ECDIS的众多不足,实用性强,应用前景广阔。In order to help navigators to ＇ see＇ navigational environments and have more information for judging ship statuses and making navigational decisions so as to ensure the navigation safety on the Yangtze River and coastal wa- ters, a satellite image-ENC combined navigation information system is proposed. With existing hardware and soft ware of ECDIS, satellite remote sensing images with high resolution are embed in ECDIS as the base map, on which key navigational features are marked, real time AIS and GPS information is superimposed. Navigators can switch o- ver freely from satellite image to normal ENC or vice versa. This system enhances ordinary ECDIS in better visual ization.
