摘　　要：目的：探讨手术内固定治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的疗效。方法：对我院2009年1月~2010年10月收治的24例保守治疗的不稳定型骨盆骨折与38例手术内固定治疗的不稳定型骨盆骨折患者进行比较分析,对比两组患者的治疗效果及方法优越性。结果：24例保守治疗组患者中,总有效率为70.83%（17/24）;内固定治疗组患者中,总有效率为89.47%（34/38）,内固定组治疗效果明显优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：使用手术内固定治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折具有更好的疗效,是临床治疗的首选,医生需要根据患者的实际情况选择合适的治疗方法。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of surgery and internal fixation of unstable pelvic fracture.Methods：24 cases of conservative treatment of unstable pelvic fractures and 38 cases of fixation for the treatment of unstable pelvic fracture patients admitted to hospital from January 2009～October 2010 were compared,compared the treatment effect and superiority of two groups.Results：24 cases of conservative treatment group,the total effective rate was 70.83%（17/24）;internal fixation group of patients,the total effective rate was 89.47%（34/38）,the treatment effect of the internal fixation group better than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：The use of surgical fixation for the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures with better efficacy,the first choice of clinical treatment,surgeons need to select the appropriate treatment according to the actual situation of the patients.
