摘　　要：目的:探讨使用髋关节假体置换后的病人临床康复治疗的方法及效果。方法:本院2004年3月至2009年3月5年时间,对其中收治行髋关节假体置换并进行正确规范的临床康复治疗的病人194例,提取患者的临床资料、康复治疗方法及疗效进行回顾性总结分析。结果:194例髋关节假体置换病人通过规范的临床康复治疗,且均获得3年随访后。按照现今髋关节功能评定标准(JOA)评定。患者康复优良率为92.7%。出现下肢静脉血栓的患者为4.64%。关节脱位,假体松动等主要并发症出现率为3.61%。结论:通过对采用髋关节假体置换的病人进行正确规范的临床康复治疗,能优越的改善患者髋关节功能,大大降低并发症的发生率。此方法值得临床推广运用。Objective：To explore the use of hip prosthesis replacement after the patient clinical rehabilitation therapy method and effect.Methods：In this hospital from 2004 March to 2009 March 5 years,which were of hip prosthesis replacement and the correct specification of clinical rehabilitation in 194 cases,extraction in patients with clinical data,method and effect of rehabilitation treatment were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results：194 cases of hip prosthesis replacement for patients through clinical rehabilitation therapy,and have received 3 years of follow-up.According to the criteria of hip joint function evaluation（JOA） evaluation.Rehabilitation of patients with a good rate of 92.7%.Lower limb venous thrombosis patients for 4.64%.Joint dislocation,prosthesis loosening and other major complication rate of 3.61%.Conclusion：through the use of hip prosthesis replacement patients were correct and standard clinical rehabilitation treatment,can the superior improvement of hip function in patients,greatly reduce the incidence rate of complication.This method is worthy of clinical application.
