血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症并发皮肤瘙痒45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症并发皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的尿毒症并发皮肤瘙痒的患者(β2-MG)、钙、磷水平均明显下降,与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症并发皮肤瘙痒可以有效清除血液内毒素和甲状旁腺激素,明显改善患者皮肤瘙痒症状,临床疗效显著。45例作为研究对象,所有患者采用血液灌流联合血液透析治疗。并在治疗前后检测患者甲状旁腺激素、血肌酐、血尿素氮、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、钙、磷水平,以及治疗后患者皮肤瘙痒改善情况。结果:①治疗后45例患者中有32例(71.1%)皮肤瘙痒症状完全消失,显效7例(15.6%),有效3例(6.7%),无效3例(6.7%)。②治疗后患者血浆内甲状旁腺激素水平、血肌酐、血尿素氮。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment of uremic pruritus.Methods：45 patients of pruritus were selected as study group,all the patients were under blood perfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment.testing parathyroid hormone,BUN,Cr,β2-MG,calcium,phosphorus,before and after the treatment.Results：①After the treatment,32 patients（71.1%） skin itching disappeared completely,quite effective 7cases（15.6%）,effective in 3 cases（6.7%）,3 cases in vain（6.7%）.②After treatment,plasma parathyroid hormone levels,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,β2-MG,calcium,phosphorus levels were significantly decreased,compared with those before the treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment of uremic pruritus can be cleared concurrent blood endotoxin and parathyroid hormone effectively,improved symptoms in patients with pruritus,the clinical effecency is significant.
