门诊治疗慢性胆囊炎96例观察与分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析胆宁片门诊治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法:门诊收集96例慢性胆囊炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例,观察组患者采用胆宁片联合左氧氟沙星片口服治疗,而对照组单用左氧氟沙星片口服治疗,两疗程后对比两组患者临床疗效及B超检查变化,随访比较治愈时间,并进行统计学分析。结果:观察组临床有效率为91.67%明显优于对照组的77.08%(P<0.05);观察组B超检查结果较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);且观察组治愈时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胆宁片治疗慢性胆囊炎效果肯定,可显著提高临床疗效,缩短疗程,改善胆囊肿大及胆总管扩张等情况,临床值得推广应用。Objective：To analyzed the clinical efficacy of danning tablets to treat with chronic cholecystitis.Methods：96 cases with chronic cholecystitis were collected by outpatient services,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to numbers,and 48 cases were in each group.The observation group was treated with danning tablets combined with levofloxacin by oral while the control group was only treated with levofloxacin by oral.The clinical efficacy,B-mode ultrasound changes and the healing time in the two groups were compared by statistical method.Results：The clinical efficacy in the observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than 77.08% of the control group（P〈0.05）;the B-test results of the observation group was better than which of the control group（P〈0.05）;and the healing time of the observation group was significant shorter than which of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Danning tablets can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of chronic cholecystitis,shorten the treatment,improve the enlargement of the gallbladder and common bile duct dilation,and should be widely applied in clinical.
