摘　　要：目的:探讨磷酸化信号传导及转录活化因子(P-STAT3)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在寻常型银屑病皮损中的表达及意义。方法:通过免疫组化方法研究36例寻常型银屑病皮损中P-STAT3及bFGF表达的情况,并探讨P-STAT3和bFGF表达的相关性。结果:寻常性银屑病皮损中,P-STAT3及bFGF阳性表达均明显高于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。银屑病患者P-STAT3表达和bFGF表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:P-STAT3和bFGF在进行期寻常型银屑病皮损中表达均升高,且呈正相关,提示两基因有可能共同参与银屑病的发生和发展。Objective：To investigate the expression and association between of P-STAT3 and bFGF in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods：Biopsy samples were obtained from 36 patients with psoriasis vulgaris,and subjected to immunohistochemical staining for P-STAT3 and bFGF.The results were analyzed and were analysed from the relevance of P-STAT3 and bFGF.Results：The expression of P-STAT3 and bFGF were significantly higher in the lesions than those in the controls with a statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.Positive correlation was found between the expression of the two factors（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The expression of P-STAT3 and bFGF were higher in lesion of psoriasis vulgaris,which indicated that two genes might contribute to the development of psoriasis.
