阿魏酸钠对早发型重度子痫前期患者胎盘中一氧化氮合酶表达的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨阿魏酸钠结合常规疗法治疗早发型重度子痫前期的效果。方法：观察我院2008年6月~2011年2月间行剖宫产孕妇71例,其中早发型重度子痫前期患者45例,随机分为实验组和对照组,正常组孕妇26例,采用免疫组化方法检测胎盘中eNOS和iNOS表达,对各组结果进行统计学分析。结果：（1）eNOS表达：实验组对照组比较表达升高,P〈0.01,有显著统计学意义;实验组与正常组比较P〉0.05,无差别;对照组正常组比较表达减少,P〈0.01,有显著统计学意义。（2）iNOS表达：实验组对照组比较表达降低,P〈0.05,有统计学意义;实验组正常组比较升高,P〈0.01,有统计学意义;对照组正常组比较,iNOS表达升高,P〈0.01,有统计学差异。结论：通过三组间eNOS和iNOS的变化,反映了阿魏酸钠结合常规疗法治疗早发型重度子痫前期的有效性。Objective：Investigating the effect of sodium ferulate combined with conventional therapy for early-onset severe pre-eclampsia.Methods：Observing 71 patients produced with cesarean section from June in 2008 to February in 2011 in the Second Obstetrics Department of the Cangzhou Central Hospital,including early onset of severe preeclampsia 45 cases,randomly divided into experimental group and into control group,26 normal pregnant women is the normal group,using immunohistochemical detection of eNOS and iNOS expression in the placenta,the results of each group were statistically analyzed.Results：（1）eNOS expression：The experimental group compared with the control group,the positive expression of eNOS in the placenta has increased,P〈0.01,statistically significant.Experimental group compared with normal group P〉0.05,no difference.The control group compared with the normal group,the positive expression of eNOS decreased,P〈0.01,statistically significant.（2）iNOS expression：The experimental group compared with control group,the positive expression of iNOS in the placenta decreased,P〈0.05,statistically significant.The experimental group compared with the normal group,iNOS expressions increased,P〈0.01,statistically significant.The control group compared with the normal group,iNOS expressions in the placenta increased,P〈0.01,statistically significant.Conclusion：The changes in eNOS and iNOS among the three groups reflect that sodium ferulate combined with conventional therapy for severe pre-eclampsia is effective.
