摘　　要：目的:探讨全肘关节置换手术治疗创伤性肘关节炎、关节强直的围术期的护理方法。方法:对行全肘关节置换术治疗创伤性肘关节炎、关节强直5例病人,实施系统的术前、术后护理,并对治疗效果采用美国特种外科医院(HSS)肘关节百分评分系统评分。结果:5例患者经HSS系统评分,术后1年优4例,良1例,无1例护理并发症发生。结论:系统有效的围术期护理是全肘关节置换手术成功的重要保证。Objective：To explore the methods of nursing care in the total elbow replacement for stiff or ankylosed inflammatory arthritis.Methods：Five patients were performed total elbow replacement.There were 4 male and 1 female,with age of（28～65）year（mean 48.6 year）.They were given systematic nursing care in before operation and after operation.Results：Five cases were followed up for 1～2 year.One year after operation,according to HSS elbow score,the result was excellent in 4 cases,good in 1,with excellent and good rate of 100%.Conclusion：Systematic nursing care in perioperative period is much helpful for patient’s restoration of function of eblow after total eblow replacement.
