IgA抗β2-GPI与反复自然流产的关系

摘　　要：目的检测反复自然流产（RSA）患者血清IgA抗β2-GPI水平，探讨IgA抗β2-GPI与反复自然流产的关系。方法将2011年1月～11月来甘肃省妇幼保健院生殖免疫中心就诊的102例反复自然流产患者，按发生自然流产的时间分为早期流产组（孕周〈12w）57例，晚期流产组（孕周≥12w）45例，另将36例已生育健康妇女作为对照组，采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中IgA抗β2-GPI水平。结果早期流产组IgA抗β2-GPI阳性21例，阳性率36．8％；晚期流产组IgA抗β2-GPI阳性16例，阳性率35．6％，对照组IgA抗β2-GPI阳性3例，阳性率8．3％。与对照组比较，早期流产组、晚期流产组IgA抗β2-GPI抗体阳性率均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；早期流产组与晚期流产组IgA抗β2-GPI抗体阳性率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论IgA抗β2-GPI抗体可能与反复自然流产有关，IgA抗β2-GPI抗体可作为RSA免疫因素的辅助诊断指标。Objective To determine of recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA） level of serum IgA in patients with resistance to beta-2-GPI and discuss relationship between recurrent spontaneous abortion and IgA anti-β2-GPI. Methods Colected 102 ca- ses of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,Immunology Centre Gansu Provincial Maternity and Child- care Hospital of Reproductive from January 2011 to November 2011. The time was divided into early spontaneous abortion miscarriage group （weeks 〈12 w） 57 cases,late abortion group （gestational age ≥12w） 45 cases and another 36 cases of women on reproductive health as a control group. Used of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect serum IgA level of resistance to beta-2-GPI. Results IgA anti-abortion group in early beta 21 positive 2-GPI cases,the positive rates 36.8%; Advanced IgA anti-abortion group beta 2-GPI-positive 16 cases,the positive rate was 35.6% and controlled IgA anti-beta 3 positive 2-GPI cases,the positive rate was 8.3%. Compared with the control group, early abortion groups, late IgA anti-a- bortion group 132-GPI antibody positive rate was significantly higher than the control group,differences were statistically sig- nificant （P〈0.05）,but early abortion groups and advanced IgA anti-abortion group 132-GPI had no statistically significant differences in antibody positive rate comparison （P〉0.05）. Conclusion IgA anti-β2-GPI antibodies may be associated with recurrent spontaneous abortion,IgA anti-β2-of GPI antibody can be used as a diagnostic marker for RSA immune factors.
