摘　　要：目的建立ELISA技术的智能化信息监控，实现ELISA技术的高效与准确。方法通过实验室信息系统对检测流程的节点监控，以及实验室信息系统与全自动酶免仪之间的双向通讯，实现ELISA技术的智能化信息监控。结果ELISA技术的智能化信息监控实现了从样本的前处理、仪器加样、仪器的孵育与洗涤、酶标仪读数、结果的读取、结果的审核、样本的后管理等环节的ELISA技术全流程信息监控。结论ELISA技术的智能化信息监控既保证了检测的准确、高效、规范，同时减轻了实验室工作人员的劳动强度。Objective To establish intelligent information monitoring of ELISA technical,achieve efficient and accurate. Meth- otis By the node monitoring from laboratory information system,and the two-way communication from laboratory informa- tion system and the automatic ELISA instrument, established intelligent information monitoring of ELISA technical. Results Established intelligent information monitoring in every link of ELISA technical, as cleaning, reading the result, auditing re- port,etc. Conclusion Intelligent information monitoring of ELISA technical can efficiently ensure accuracy and reliability of the result,and help the laboratory worker reduce wordload.
