白藜芦醇对红色毛癣菌抑菌作用及机制研究

摘  要:目的研究白藜芦醇(resveratrol,RES)对红毛癣菌(trichophytonrubrum,T.r)的体外抑菌作用和作用机制。方法参照CLSIM38一P方案,采用微量肉汤稀释法,检测14株红色毛癣菌体外对RES的最低抑菌浓度(MIC);观察红色毛癣菌经亚浓度RES作用后电镜下菌体形态超微结构变化,探讨抑菌机制。结果白藜芦醇对红色毛癣菌的MIC50和MIC90均为0.064mg/ml;电镜下观察经0.032mg/ml RES处理的红色毛癣菌:菌丝出现明显的破坏性改变,表层有断裂皱褶,细胞质内多空泡,内含物流失,胞内出现大片空白区,结构凌乱无序;孢子内细胞核核膜不清,核质散乱;细胞器消失或皱缩。结论白藜芦醇在较低浓度对红色毛癣菌有较好的抑制作用。Objective To study the antifungal activity and mechanism of Resveratrol(Res) on Trichophyton rubrum (T. r). Methods Using the broth microdilution protocol of the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI) M38-P,to obtain minimal inhibitory concentrations of RES on T. r. Electron microscope was used to observe the effect of RES on ultrastructure. Results The MIC50 and MIC90 of RES to T. ri were 0. 064 mg/ml. After treated by 0. 032 mg/ml RES,the embrance of cell was irregular, the layer of cellwall was indistinct, the caryotheca was broken, dissolved and even disappeared. Conclusion RES has a very good antifungal effect on T. r under fairly low concentrations.
