摘  要:目的分析临床输血不良反应的性质,以指导临床正确处理输血不良反应。方法对2008年6月-2011年11月西安交通大学附属红十字会医院46561例临床输血病例,以临床输血不良反应回报单为准进行统计。结果统计显示,输血不良反应41例,占总例数的0.09%。输血不良反应以非溶血性输血反应为主。输血不良反应随着年度用血量的增加,呈下降趋势,分另4为:14例,18例,8例,1例。由悬浮红细胞和血浆引起的输血不良反应例数分别为:27例,14例。按症状体征分过敏反应38例,发热反应3例。结论发生的输血反应中,非溶血性过敏和发热反应是主要类型。Objective To analyse the nature of clinical blood transfusion reactions and guide correctly method of the clinical blood transfusion reaction. Methods Collected 46 561 transfusion cases carried out in the transfusion department of the Affiliated Red Cross Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from June 2008 to November 2011 and the data was done statistical analysis. Results The study showed that in the 46 561 transfusion cases,41 cases of NHTR occurred by different blood in- fusions,accounting for 0.88% of the total cases. NHTR was negatively correlated with the annual blood usage. Among 41 cases of NHTR, 27 cases were caused by red cell preparation infusion, 14 cases were caused by refrigerated plasma, taking up 0. 058% and 0. 030% of the total transfusion cases respectively. In terms of different symptoms of NHTR,3 fever cases and 38 anaphylaxis cases were found, taking up 0. 006% and 0. 081% of the total transfusion cases, respectively. Conclusion It is therefore concluded that non-hemolytic fever reaction and anaphylaxis are the two major types of transfusion reaction.
