摘  要:提出一套新的组合工艺,重点考察EGSB反应器实现厌氧氨氧化、甲烷化与反硝化耦合处理城市污水的可行性及其启动特性。结果表明:接种厌氧颗粒污泥和好氧活性污泥的EGSB反应器能够用约45 d的时间完成耦合厌氧氨氧化、甲烷化和反硝化处理城市污水的启动,硝酸盐和COD的去除作用显现较快,运行初期反硝化与甲烷化反应起主导作用;氨氮和亚硝酸盐的去除从无到有,启动完成后厌氧氨氧化与甲烷化成为主导。氨氮和亚硝酸盐的同时稳定去除可作为启动完成的标志,在水力停留时间为5 h,反应区上升流速0.83 m/h的条件下,氨氮及COD取得的最高去除率与去除速率分别为45.2%、58.8%和0.107kg/(m3.d)、0.865 kg/(m3.d)。EGSB反应器的释磷转吸磷现象、pH值和污泥颜色的变化可作为启动完成的参考标志,而DO则无法起到指示启动完成的作用。The article proposes a new combined technology,and mainly investigates the feasibility of EGSB reactor to realize the integrated ANAMMOX,methanation and denitrification for the treatment of urban sewage,and its start-up characteristics.The results show that the EGSB reactor inoculated with anaerobic granular sludge and aerobic activated sludge can fulfill the start-up of integrated ANAMMOX,methanation and denitrification for the treatment of urban sewage after 45-day operation.The removal process of nitrate and COD appears faster.At the beginning of the reaction,the denitrification and methanation process plays a leading role.The removal of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite is starting out with nothing.The anaerobic ammonium oxidation and methanation play the leading role after the start-up.The simultaneously stable removal of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite can be regarded as the symbol of start-up completion.The hydraulic residence time is 5 h.The maximum removal rate and the removal velocity of ammonia nitrogen and COD are separately 45.2%,58.8% and 0.107 kg/(m 3.d),0.865 kg/(m 3.d) under the condition of the lifting velocity 0.83 m/h in the reaction area.The phenomenon of phosphorus release and absorption of phosphorus in turn and the variety of pH value and sludge color can be regarded as the reference mark of start-up completion,whereas the dissolved oxygen(DO) is hard to indicate the start-up completion.
