摘　　要：定性分析了林地福利的内涵及使用权流转可能引起的林地福利变化,并运用微观经济学相关理论和模型解释了理想状态下林地使用权流转引起的福利改进,进而结合林地使用权流转的实际状况,运用行为经济学的前景理论和心理账户理论解析了我国林地使用权流转尚未大规模开展的原因。This paper analyzes the content of woodland welfare and the situations of welfare changes due to the woodland usufruct transfer. The fundamentals of welfare improvement in ideal status are interpreted by the related microeconomics theories and models. Combined with the real situation of woodland usufruct transfer, the reasons why the transfer has not been carried out in a large-scale in China are analyzed using the prospect theory and mental accounting theory of behavioral economics.
