摘 要:目的建立同时测定脑心清片中槲皮素和山柰素含量的HPLC。方法采用Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为360 nm。结果槲皮素和山柰素的线性范围分别为0.20~1.52μg和0.20~1.50μg,r分别为0.999 5和0.999 4;平均回收率分别为97.71%和97.21%,RSD分别为0.80%和1.28%。结论该方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。Objective To establish a method for simultaneously determination of quercetin and kaempfetol in Naoxinqing tablets by HPLC. Methods The contenls .f quercetin and kaempferol were simultaneously determined by an HPLC system with Hypersil C18 (250 mm ×4.6mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was CH3OH-0.2% H3POo (50: 50). The flow rate was 1 ml/min. The detection waw,h,ngth was set at 360 nm. Results The linear range of quercetin and kaempferol were 0.20 - 1.52 μg (r =0. 999 5 ) and 0.20 - 1.50 μg (r =0. 999 4), respectively. The average recovery (n = 6) were 98.43% with RSD 1. 15% and 97.96% with RSD 0.95%, respectively. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple, accurate, highly selective and reproducible, thus suitable for the quality control of Naoxinqing tablets.
