摘　　要：为了提高中国的林业碳汇金融产品在国际上的竞争力,有必要建立林业碳汇金融监管法律制度。在确立林业碳汇金融监管的"赤道原则"基础上,通过搭建林业碳汇金融的监管平台、建立碳排放的信息披露制度以及创新林业碳汇金融工具制度等方式构建林业碳汇的金融监管法律制度。It is indispensable for China to build up financial legal systems for supervising forestry carbon sinks in order to improve its competitive power in international market. On the basis of confirmation on the 'Equator Principles', the concrete legal systems for supervising financial market of the forestry carbon sinks can be established through establishing a financial supervising platform, systems of information reveal and systems of creating financial instrument for forestry carbon sinks.
