摘　　要：大学生实践能力、创造能力、就业能力和创业能力在内涵逻辑上存在重大相关性,在培养路径上具有高度一致性,必须将这四种能力的培养视为一个完整的关系系统,实施实践育人一体化建设,避免教育教学资源的浪费,以达到大学生"四种能力"培养的效益最大化。College students＇ ability of practice,innovation,employment and entrepreneurship are related to each other,so the cultivation of these abilities agrees with each other.The cultivation of the four abilities should be integrated into one system,so as to avoid resource waste and achieve the optimization of the four abilites.
