摘　　要：随着北京经济的快速发展,能源消费增长迅猛,但环境问题也格外突出,当前最现实、最根本的出路是节能减排。本文分析了北京市能源消费强度和能源消费结构,以及各种能源消费对环境的影响程度,在此基础上,提出节能减排目标下北京市能源消费布局的优化方向。With Beijing＇s economic rapid development, the environmental problems are especially pronounced while the consumption of energy is growing fast. Currently, it is energy saving and emission reduction that is the most realistic and most fundamental way. This paper analyzes the intensity of energy consumption, the structure of energy consumption in Beijing, and the effect a variety of energy consumption impact on the environment. On this basis, it proposes how to optimize energy consumption distribution optimization in Beijing under the energy saving and emission reduction targets.
