摘 要:企业家与企业的关系是历史研究的重要课题之一。20世纪30年代,刘鸿生组建华东煤矿公司,用企业家精神,解徐州煤矿之困于危难之中;抗战后,刘鸿生重掌矿山,以坚定灵活的策略,促徐州煤矿发展于战乱之后;刘鸿生引领徐州煤矿从低谷走向繁荣,继续从传统走向现代。同时,徐州煤矿促使刘鸿生与外资企业从"合作伙伴"转向"竞争劲敌",加速其企业集团结构从"贸易"为主转向"生产"为主;徐州煤矿作为公司股份化、技术现代化、经营一体化、投资分散化等经营策略的实验场所,丰富了刘鸿生的经营理念。刘鸿生与徐州煤矿的互动关系展现了企业家同企业结合的重要性,为现实提供了宝贵的启示。The relationship between the entrepreneurs and enterprises is one of the most important tasks in our historical research. In 1930s, Liu Hongsheng set up the East China Coal Mine Company. With the help of the entrepreneur spirit, he saved the coal mine. After the war of resistance against Japan, Liu Hongsheng controled the mine once again. He led the rapid development of coal mine at the end of the war by his strong will and flexible strategy. Under his leadership, the performance of the East China Coal Mine Company rose rapidly. At the same time, Xuzhou coal mine established the relationship between the Liu Hongsheng and the Foreign enterprises from the partners to the competitors, which changed the company structure from "mainly to trade" to "mainly to production". As the experimental sites of the try of the stock company, advanced technology business integration and the decentralization of investment, which increased the business philosophy of Liu Hongsheng. The interactive relationship between Liu Hongsheng and the Xuzhou coal mine shows us the importance of the combination between the entrepreneurs and enterprises. Their change of fate provides a valuable historical reference for our social reality.
