摘 要:与传统热故障的方法,如热电偶、不同熔点蜡片等相比,红外成像技术能够主动、非接触式在线检测电气设备的温度变化。采用红外热像仪对某110 kV变电所主变进行检测,发现套管将军帽和箱体大盖螺栓存在热故障。根据温度图谱,并结合发热机理和历史状态,准确有效地诊断出变压器热故障原因,既防止了事故发生,又不盲目停电检修,从而提高了变电所运行的可靠性。Compared with the traditional hot fault methods such as thermocouple and different melting point of wax etc. , infrared imaging technology can test the changes of electrical equipment in temperature in an initiative and non-tin, tact way. The main transformer of a certain 110 kV substation was detected by the infrared thermography. The thermal faults in the easing cone and the big cover bolts were found and the reason for the transformer breakdown was diagnosed according to the map analysis based on hot temperature mechanism and history research. Not only accidents but also blind outage overhaul are prevented, improving the operation reliability of substations.
