摘　　要：工程训练中心是高等院校对学生实施工程训练的主要机构,是培养学生工程意识、创新精神和解决工程实际问题的能力的重要组成部分,现结合我校工程训练中心建设和实践,提出了以培养具有高素质综合工程实践能力人才为目标,以工程训练为载体,不断拓展工程训练内涵,实现从传统金工实习和电工电子实习向综合性工程训练的转变。Engineering Training Center is the main body for implementing engineering training for students, and an important part for the cultivation of the engineering awareness, the innovative ability and the ability to solving engineering problems of students. This paper describes the the construction of and the practice in the Engineering Training Center of Nanchang Hangkong University. It proposes that the cultivation of high quality comprehensive engineering talents should be the goal,engineering training should be a carrier, and engineering training content should be expanded in order to achieve the change from metalworking training and electronic training to comprehensive engineering training.
