摘　　要：时空数据模型是当前研究的热点之一,作为时空数据模型的行业应用,房产时空数据的组织也受到了很大关注.在分析房产数据时空变化特征的前提下,提出了将时间属性加入记录级,针对关系数据表中一个属性字段不能存放多个属性值的问题提出了一种有效的解决办法.Spatiotemporal data model is one of the researching hotspots currently. The organization of real estate temporal data has also received extensive concern as the profession application of spatiotemporal data model. On the premise of analysis on spatial and temporal variations of the real estate data, this paper presents the idea that time attribute accedes to a record level. To solve the prob- lems of loading more than one attribute value for an attribute field in the relational data table, the study puts forward an effective solution.
