摘 要:本文以玉米为材料,不同浓度的秋水仙素(0%0,.05%,0.1%,0.2%)为处理液,分别比较不恢复培养和恢复培养不同时间后不同浓度的秋水仙素对玉米根尖有丝分裂的影响.结果表明:(1)在试验浓度范围内,根尖膨大率随处理浓度增加呈上升趋势.(2)不恢复培养时,秋水仙素浓度为0.05%和0.1%较浓度0.2%时能积累较多的中期细胞.(3)恢复培养时,秋水仙素浓度低于0.1%时,抑制效应持续时间较长。The root tip cell of Zea mays was treated with different concentrations of colchicine (0%, 0.05%, 0. 1%, 0. 2% ), root tip mitotic index was compared with the condition of less recovery culture and recovery culture. The results showed that ( 1 ) in the range of test concentration, root tip swelling rate increased with increasing concentration. (2) in less recovery culture, 0. 05% and 0.1% colchicine concentrations could accumulate more metaphase cells than that of O. 2% (3) in recovery culture, the inhibitory effect lasted longer for colchicine concentrations of less than 0.1%.
