摘　　要：通过对河南工程学院立足河南、背靠煤炭与纺织行业、服务全国的办学思路的分析,根据学校自身的办学优势及地方优势确立自己的专业特点.对如何使电气工程及其自动化专业既符合国家制定的专业规范要求和定位、又体现办学特色进行了探讨.Henan Institute of Engineering is taking an idea to run the college of being based on Henan province and relying on coal and textile industries to serve the whole country. A certain probe is also made into making Electrical Engineering ＆ Automation not only meet the state professional norm requirements and positioning but embody its characteristics of running college.
