摘 要:以优质小麦临优2069和临Y7287为材料,研究了4个追氮时期对小麦产量、蛋白质及蛋白质组分积累动态及加工品质的影响.结果表明,在氮肥施用量一致的基础上,从返青期到开花期,随追氮时期推迟,两个小麦籽粒产量均呈先增加后降低的趋势,其中拔节期追施氮肥小麦籽粒产量最高.拔节期和孕穗期追氮显著提高了小麦湿面筋含量和沉淀值,延长了稳定时间,追施氮肥时期过早(至起身期)或过晚(至开花期)均不利于品质的提高.增加后期施氮比例,对清蛋白、球蛋白含量的影响较小,但对谷蛋白、醇溶蛋白含量的影响较大。Effects of four dressing times of nitrogen on yield, protein, accumulation of protein components, and processing quality of high-quality wheat, including Linyou 2069 and lin Y 7287 were studied. The results showed that under the same N appli- cation, yield of two wheat varieties were increased then decreased, with delay of dressing N, from regreen stage to flowering stage. Yield of wheat was the highest dressing N at jointing stage. Wet gluten content and sedimentation value were increased, stability times were extended while dressing N at jointing stage or booting stage. Dressing N too early or too late both had no beneficial on quality of wheat. Increasing dressing rate at late stage had little effect on albumin and globulin content, but had big effects on glute- nin and gliadin content.
