摘　　要：贫困生资助工作是独立学院学生工作中一项重要而具有现实意义的工作,文章从实际出发,分析了当前独立学院贫困生资助工作所面临的政府、高校和学生等方面的困境,基于价值分析,分别从宏观、中观以及微观角度思考新形势下资助工作的价值诉求,探讨独立学院资助工作的管理和运行机制。The subsidizing work is of practical significance in the Independent Colleges. Based on the reality, this paper analyzes the subsidizing work in Independent Colleges that faces plights that involve the government, the universities and the students. Based on the value analysis, this paper ponders on the value proposition of the subsi- dizing work from the macro, meso and micro-perspectives under the new situation and explores the management and operation mechanism of the subsidizing work in independent colleges.
